I am absolutely furious with the service I received! I was told my insurance was accepted, only to find out when I arrived that it was actually out of network. My insurance company confirmed that they are still in network, and I had to fax proof to them to sort out their mess. They claimed they called me, but that’s a lie—they only called my mother, who happened to have an appointment with me. When we both got there, they tried to push a cleaning on her instead of addressing her actual need for dentures. They claimed there were no records or fittings available, even though we have documentation showing the first denture fitting was never sent, and my mother had to reschedule because she got sick. They assured us that she could get fitted at her next appointment, but that turned out to be yet another empty promise. We asked for our dental records because we were planning to go to another dental office, and they said we would receive them on Monday. It’s been two weeks, and when I called, they weren’t even open until 9:30! This place is a joke. The front staff is rude and clueless about patient needs. If you really care about your teeth, stay away from this dentist. Some of the doctors are extremely rude and unprofessional; they have no idea what they’re doing. They can’t even agree on a decision. You can’t trust a doctor who doesn’t know what they’re doing or who can’t provide a proper diagnosis. I wasted my time. They are money-hungry, and they don't know how to file things correctly with the insurance. They always want to charge you out of pocket. The doctors are big liars; they don’t know what they’re doing, so don’t trust them. This place used to be good 10 years ago; I’m not sure what happened to them. How can you trust a place that is always changing employees? Every three months? And some doctors always end up leaving; they don’t even get along. It’s so unprofessional! Stay away; they’re not the only dentist. Call your insurance and find somewhere else that truly cares and will make better decisions about your dental health.

When I first came to this dental office I was really excited to have come up with enough money to work on my smile & pay anything out of pocket that my insurance wasn't willing to cover. I was also in the process of switching to better insurance coverage, all things I communicated with the dentist from the beginning. Dr. Kaur & her staff will do whatever they can to try to get you pay out of pocket & to purchase insurance through them that allegedly gives you a "huge discount". I'm so glad I followed up with my insurance who told me that I was getting denied for a simple deep cleaning (that I really needed) because they were not sending adequate information. Fair enough, Dr. Kaur said there was a misunderstanding. I had my sister who was also a patient here follow up with her insurance (the same insurance I had) after she was told she was denied for the same procedure directly by the dentist and confirmed by the front desk. The insurance told her that they never even sent it in for an approval at all. The last time any request was sent was by her previous dentist in 2019! Second time I’ve brought my mother here and it’s the second time there’s a cleaning crew in the examination WITH HER as she’s getting her dental work done vacuuming and mopping, ZERO regards for patient privacy, while the doctor has a convo with the cleaning people about their work and pay, not to mention that every other review is absolutely true. My mother also had an abscess which needed to be treated with antibiotics immediately since Monday was a holiday and she already had an appt schedule for the upcoming Thursday. The office was open since it was a Friday, the doctors weren’t there, there was no back up doctor, emergency dental services, we called and left messages, and gave up once the front desk told us they wouldn’t be calling us back, and to leave the problem to her PCP. The ABSOLUTE worst, bar none.

This was by far one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in a doctors office. The staff is completely unprofessional, watching videos behind the front desk while people are waiting. The doctor makes you wait almost an hour even after bringing you in. It is difficult to understand if he is listening because he never looks you in the eye. ZERO bedside manner. They forgot to call in a medication after making me wait 4 days for blood work results which they refused to give me on the phone. Another office visit means more $ for the doctor. Stay away!
